Why Obesity Is Still An Issue For Many

It can be very hard for some people to lose weight, but easier for others. For one, we gain weight not just because we are hungry but our surrounding influences. Additionally, a number of multi-cycle social-economic factors can influence weight gain. First of all, the food that we consume has become more affordable and higher in calories simultaneously. Secondly, processed junk food is more readily available to those who seek a quick fix for their hunger. Thirdly, social situations cause people to eat these junk foods at places such as the gas station or local Food Mart.
